Welcome aperitif

Participants will be served a welcome drink on the first evening of the conference (Wednesday, 5th of December 2012 at about 6:30 PM)

Dinner & cruise

Participants need to register on-line for this at the same time they register for the conference (Addidional fees). This takes place on December, 6th 2012. We propose a nice evening (from 8 p.m to 11:15 p.m.) on a boat where dinner will be served (same menu for all participants, to be announced). Being on a boat allows to benefit from the lights festival of Lyon without the crowd. You may want to have a look at the boat and an example of menu served last year.

Booksellers showcase

A book exhibition will be organized. If you want to participate with you own publications, please contact us.

Lights festival

The lights festival in Lyon on December 8th is a uniquely lyonnese tradition. The festival lasts about 4 days aroud december 8th. This year it will start December, 6th. Program can be found HERE.
